Return to the Nature 2010_70 collected glass bottles, natural incense, light_variable dimensions _Kumho Museum (Seoul)

This work started with a single question "If there is a spirit in each piece of material, What are they want to do?"

My answer is that the ultimate desire of discarded bottles seem  returning to nature like a living thing. because normally these artificial thing remains long in the earth after death of living thing. and I tried realizing that desire to the installation work using form of altar.

In this sense artist Park collected glass of bottle which peoples threw away  and made  an incense burner using them  then she filled up each bottle with natural incense powders which was made by hand.

When it turns on the light inside of bottle, the scent of natural incense spread out into the gallery.
